Healthy nutritional breakfast that'll sustain your hunger and energy
-OATMEAL TO SUIT your taste-
We've always known that oatmeal has it nutritional benefits.
I woke up feeling creative this morning-
I decided to add superfoods and a crunchy kick to my morning bowl of oatmeal.
BODY DESIGNERS
TRY THIS...
make your oatmeal as normal -
Add apples, bananas or black cherries finely sliced...
try them all together or experiment separately for taste.
add sunflower seeds
a teaspoon of peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup
a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar
For protein I added a handful of Kashi GOLEAN crisp cereal given it that fun crunch...
As always don't add any of these foods if you are allergic
and if pregnant consult your doctor
so go crazy ... be bold have fun!!!
Add the good-
keep out the bad..
I used zero butter...
zero white sugar...
It's 1pm and i'm still energized............... oh Yea!!
