First Challenge - Yay!!
Sugar, Alcohol and Caffeine
hold hostage water in your body.
I have vowed to give sugar alcohol and caffeine for the next FIVE days.
SUNDAY FEB19TH WILL BE MY LAST morning coffee and cinabon.
Ahh!! Saying it out loud scares the heck out of me... as these delicious treats has become a ritual. Mcdonalds with their
enticing little cinnabons and any size $1 coffee...yum yum yum yum....but everyday and right after a spin class - That's Just WRONG!!
I'm serious about ditching these items. Just Joking ...no I'm not-yes I am --ieeee!!
It's tough, I must admit, especially the coffee....
I love my cup of Joe.
Life is full of choices and challenges so let's do it!!!
